Manual pre-launch billing
Payment methods, automatic invoices, and self-serve subscription changes are not connected in-product yet. Any paid arrangement is handled manually until billing automation is launched.
These terms summarize the current pre-launch commercial posture. They are intentionally plain: test your AI, confirm your handoff process, and do not assume automated billing or regulated compliance is already in place.

While billing is manual, RecepFlo should alert you before usage limits become a problem. Extra charges should be reviewed with you before they apply.
You can cancel during the manual billing period by contacting the RecepFlo team. Future self-serve billing should keep cancellation visible in-product.
AI receptionists can misunderstand requests, miss context, or fail when external phone, messaging, calendar, or AI providers are unavailable. Important workflows should be tested before customers rely on them.
Do not use RecepFlo for illegal activity, spam, deceptive messaging, emergency services, or sensitive regulated workflows unless a specific written agreement supports that use.
Your team is responsible for accurate business information, service pricing, availability, handoff contacts, and reviewing conversations that need human follow-up.
Confirm your customer phone path, calendar connection, services and pricing, handoff alerts, and test calls. A botched call can be worse than a missed call, so launch only after your team is comfortable with the experience.
