What happens if I go over my plan limit?
We flag usage before limits become a problem. You can review your plan, upgrade when needed, or discuss a custom allowance before extra usage becomes a surprise.
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No for the normal setup. You provide business details, connect calendars, choose the customer phone path, add FAQs, and test the AI. Website embeds or custom routing may need light technical help.

What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
